SARG No. 1: Functional Fundamentals
Last year we made a full-length documentary called Project Y. We’re releasing it v-e-r-y very soon. A HUGE HUGE HUGE part of that project was a deep-dive into an archetype phenomenon we’re calling Subject Athlete. What is a Subject Athlete? That’s a great question, that’s exactly what we’re committed to finding out. For now though we know it’s this: it’s an individual compelled to push their Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Emotional limits without causation. It’s someone for whom Type 2 Fun™, aka Latent Fun™, is an integral part of their human experience. In honor and support of the Subject Athlete phenomenon we’ve created a Subject Athlete Reference Guide No. 1 called Functional Fundamentals. The SARG#1:FF is about how to achieve and maintain core fitness as well as deepening the practice of comfort with discomfort.
